Interior Chinking & Caulking
Just like the exterior, the interior of your log home needs its chinking and caulking inspected and/or replaced to keep a sound and sturdy home. If the interior of your home has never been chinked, consider having it done. There are many benefits to interior chinking including: keeps flies having a place to hide and lay eggs, seals the home at a second level and can provide an aesthetically "new look" for the interior. The Montana Log Restoration team are experts at chinking and caulking, and would be happy to match the color of your caulk with your desired interior finish and go over design colors for the interior chink.
